Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the environmental assessment, the property ownership was in the process of changing from Donald Blaha to the City of Ord for the proposed construction of a new city fire hall. (PPF- Ord Voluntary Fire Department Property, 11/17/2006) As of February 14, 2018: City of Ord has acquired and continues to hold ownership of the property and the construction of the new Fire Hall was completed in 2010.

Former Use: Historically been developed with a filling station, tire and battery station, photo shop, and various retail businesses.
