Additional Property Attributes

Within the shallow direct contact zone (0 to 4 feet bgs), PAHs and arsenic were identified at concentrations greater than their respective non-industrial direct contact RCLs that will need to be addressed in the future to be protective of this exposure pathway. (It is noted that the shallow arsenic detection at location MW- 6 on the north edge of W. Walnut Street is already covered with street pavement.) CVOCs, PAHs, and metals concentrations in some soil samples exceed their respective groundwater pathway RCLs; however, groundwater impacts greater than NR 140 ESs are limited to CVOCs

Former Use: Historical land use of the property includes a plating facility. The property is currently vacant. (PPF - 3033 W. Walnut St., 4/16/07)
