Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Warner and Swasey Complex was purchased by the City of Cleveland in 1987 for the relocation of the Departments of Public Works, Public Safety, and Sanitation. Portions of the complex were extensively renovated for these intended end uses. This particular building was never renovated, occupied or otherwise utilized by the City; it has been vacant since approximately 1987.
