Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to historical records, the Property was a gasoline station and automotive repair facility from at least 1966 to 1996. Available records indicate that the station operated until 1996. Portions of the Property were utilized in a street-widening project for the intersection of East Johnston Road and Cherrybottom Road. The Property previously was owned by individuals as well as Goodies Ice Cream Company, Baker, Inc and later by the Certified Oil Corporation.
