Additional Property Attributes

During the investigations for a Phase I Property Assessment, Hull and Associates discovered that BUSTR's database listed underground storage tanks as being located on the Property. Further investigations indicated that a clerical error indicated that the UST's were located on the property. Hull contacted BUSTR and provided documentation to remove the Property from their database.

Former Use: Research indicates that prior to the Municipal Complex, the Property was used as farm land. The Bureau of Underground Storage Tanks Regulation Tanks Regulations (BUSTR) indicated that underground storage tanks (UST) were located on the Property. Research also indicated that a clerical mistake was made on the original UST registration from and the USTs are located at other City owned properties and not this Property.
