Additional Property Attributes

Upon completion of the Phase II Property Assessment, Krigbaum Properties purchased the Property and has begun redeveloping the Property for his business.

Former Use: The Property history is based upon BBC&M�s April 2006 Phase I Environment Property Assessment Report. The Property is a former United Dairy Farmer Convenience Store. Prior to the United Dairy Farmer Store, the Property was used a Lawson Food Store. Prior to commercial use, the Property was used as residential. There is no evidence that above or below ground storage tanks have been located at the Property. Additionally, hazardous materials have not been stored, used, handled or disposed on the Property. However, a former gasoline station was located south of the Property with an underground storage tank cavity in close proximity.
