Additional Property Attributes

Recognized environmental conditions were concluded to be associated with former activities at adjacent properties including a former leaking underground (petroleum) storage tank and a former automotive body shop operation. The owner currently indicates no plans for sale or redevelopment; however the property is within a proposed neighborhood redevelopment area called the historic Armory development area. An historical National Guard armory building is located adjacent to the western side of the property and is the focus of planning for possible redevelopment as a community performing arts facility and associated commercial development. There are currently no plans to perform additional inquiry at the property. No development is currently planned.(PPF- 2/21/07)

Former Use: 3 residences:1909-1962. Current owners bought and built Perkins Restaurant in 1962. Restaurant relocated in 1991, and the building was converted to commercial offices.
