Former Use: In 1954, an elementary school was built at 555 39th Street in the City of Niagara Falls. In 1980, the property was sold for use as a light manufacturing facility and warehouse space. When operations ceased and the building fell into disrepair, the City of Niagara Falls acquired the site through tax foreclosure. The property is located in an established residential neighborhood. The site is remediated and ready for development.
