Property Highlights

The Higman Property identified in the Phase I is the Russell Olson Property listed in ACRES. The property, during the time between it was entered into ACRES and the Phase I was completed, was [to be] purchased by the Higman Sand & Gravel Company. We were told by an attorney for Higman Sand and Gravel that they were finalizing the purchase of the Property from Mrs. Olson Russell Olson is deceased. The Property appeared to have been cleared for the sale with the exception of existing buildings. Mrs. Olson deferred to the attorney for participation in the Brownfield project, and the attorney and Higman Sand & Gravel chose not to participate. We completed the Cluster 1 Phase I ESA which included a survey from surrounding properties for this property. [6/3/08 HR Green emails to R7 EPA PM]
