Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was unimproved land used for the storage of timber between approximately 1939 and 1975. The timber was stored on the subject property until a train transported it from the northern adjoining property. Rail lines have existed north of the northern adjoining property since at least 1939. The timber was stored in "log" form and was reportedly not treated. In approximately 1975, Mr. Clayton St. Martin purchased the subject property, along with the northern and southern adjoining properties and it reportedly was not used for any significant purposes. Mr. St. Martin occasionally hunted on the subject property. On April 30, 2007, Mr. Drent purchased the subject property. Mr. Drent does not plan on using the subject property for any significant purpose.
