Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property has been developed since at least 1939 for the operation of hospital. An addition was constructed to the west side of the building in 1956. The subject property was operated as a hospital until approximately 1976. The building was then converted to office space for Mason County. The additional parcels located to the east of the building has been developed by residential dwellings. One of the dwellings was removed to allow for construction of a parking lot and a commercial building. The building was used for offices and storage until it was removed in the late 1990s. The remaining residence was also converted and used for office space. It was removed in the late 1990s. These portions of the subject property have remained undeveloped since and used for parking.
