Additional Property Attributes

The City of East Carbon wants to acquire the property for redevelopment into a new fire station. They have requested UDEQ to use petroleum brownfields grant monies to perform the Phase II environmental assessment to resolve potential liability concerns. Currently the site is only a "suspected" petroleum release site and needs to be confirmed by UDEQ conducting the subsurface investigation to collect environmental samples. Former Use: Vacant lot with abandoned building and three above ground storage tnaks. Site was former gasoline station and repair shop. PPF - East Carbon Property, 4-3-06
