Additional Property Attributes

Redevelopment of property into approximately 74 residential units and 28,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Environmenal cleanup efforts are expected to leverage approx. 7 million in construction and other projected costs. When completed, the project will return the property to the tax rolls of the city, provide needed housing, commercial establishments and create employment opportunities.

Former Use: 19th century mill complex formerly utilized for manufacture of boats and railcars. Site currently being redeveloped for residential and commercial use.
