Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Former Surplus World (BAP 12) is comprised on five contiguous parcels with an approximate 15,328 square foot, one and two story masonry office/warehouse building with a partial basement constructed in 1930 with an addition in 1940, a one-story masonry equipment shed, and a bank of seven silos. The property was used for office space and storage of military and commercial surplus goods. Prior property owners included MDA, Inc. and Chili Development Corp. (PPF - Former Surplus World, 7/26/07 attached to a Region 2 data clarification received on 8/16/07)
