Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I was completed on an empty gravel lot adjacent to the ESU #16 and Kohl Motors Buildings. ESU #16 completed the ESA as part of their AAI due diligence and for assessing any RECs in connection with the property. ESU #16 used the vacant lot to expand their current building and construction was completed in 2009.

Former Use: Gravel alley/parking area between 308 and 314 West First Street. Formerly used as an automobile dealer parking lot.
