Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA performed in 2007 found no indications of RECs at the site. Based on information obtained on a later date, a subsurface investigation was performed to address the potential for an unregistered landfill to have encroached beneath the subject site. A Phase II investigation completed in 2009 indicates that debris was detected, but no soil or groundwater impacts were detected related to the debris. In addition, vapor monitor wells installed as part of the Phase 2 invesigation revealed no signficant generation or accumulation of methane gas.
