Property Highlights

Former Use: The Site is located at 1425 North Memorial Drive in the City of Racine, Wisconsin and consists of a parcel of land zoned as I2 Industrial. For the purposes of this report the parcel is commonly referred to as the �Site.� The Site appears to have been developed as a steel foundry in the late 1890�s, and foundry activities have continued at the Site until 2002. Foundry operations apparently ceased in 2002, and in 2004 the property was sold to the current Site owner; E.G. Developments, LLC. Who demolished most of the structures and utilizes the Site for storage and salvage operations.
