Planned reuse is commercial/light industrial with a portion of the property to be transferred to the Town of Empire. (PPF - Empire West, 10/23/06)

Former Use: Waste on the Empire West property are from an adjacent tunnel located on US National Forest Service property. The wastes are likely mine waste development rock which varies in particle size from coarse rock to fine sand. A shed also is located on the property. Currently, the property is unused and access is open with no restrictions. (PPF - Empire West, 10/23/06)
