Additional Property Attributes

Planned reuse includes potential commercial district and open space for the white water park on Clear Creek. (PPF White Water, 10/23/06)

Former Use: The White Water property is vacant land where no historic evidence of mining activities can be found other than discovery pits. As a result of years of uncontrolled dumping, the property is littered with trash including appliances, automotive waste (primarily tires), construction waste, household refuse and other waste. Additionally, a large-cut slope is present of the developable portion of the property. Currently, the property is unused and access is open with no restrictions. (PPF White Water, 10/23/06)
