Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of four vacant parcels with access from Whaley and Wayne Streets in the Olympia Community of Columbia, Richland County, South Carolina. The four parcels are R08913-15-03, R08913-15-05, R08913-15-06, and R08913-13-02 and total approximately 0.87-acres

Former Use: The four adjoining parcels of property are in the historic Olympia Mill Village of Columbia, SC.Based on a review of the historical information, the site has been previously developed as a woodyard and stables, a portion of Pacific Park, and residential property since at least 1919. Historically, a superphosphate fertilizer manufacturer was located on Catawba Street approximately 375 feet north of the site. This facility constitutes a historical REC to the site.
