Additional Property Attributes

Constructing the railroad wye will alleviate a significant traffic bottleneck in the City of New Brighton. (PPF - Former USF Dugan Trucking Terminal, 11/19/07)

Former Use: All records reviewed and an on-site inspection indicate two buildings exist on Parcel II with one 10,000 gallon above ground storage tank. According to the Ramsey County Tax Records the buildings were constructed in 1966. The first building is 31,498 square-feet and has sixty-six (66) doc doors for semi loading and unloading. The second building is 3,600 square-feet and appears to have been used for storage. The aboveground storage tank was installed in 1999 and was used to fuel semi-trucks.
