Additional Property Attributes

The original owner of this property was a known Methamphetamine lab. He was arrested in 2001, the property was sold at an auction by the bank. The new owner flipped the house six months later. The next owner flipped the property 1.5 years later to Ms. Sandoval, who had no knowledge of the prior history. Two teenagers lived there with three adults. The cleanup consisted of scrubbing down wall, base borad heaters, ceilings, and floor of the garage. They also had to go up into the attic and remove and replace the insulation (PPF - Sandoval, 9/27/07).

Former Use: Property was a Meth lab. Bank took it over and sold without cleaning. Property changed hands a couple of times. Present owner was not informed of past.
