Property Highlights

The current owner bought the property from HUD under "The Teacher Next Door". After doing some cleanup and remodeling, the owner found odd/out of place structures (trap doors, all doors in rooms were deadbolted and had bars, over-sized alarms). He did some investigation with the neighbors and the police department, and he found out that the previous owner was arrested for distribution of Methamphetamine (PPF - Novotny, 9/27/07).

Former Use: Property owner bought property from HUD in 2005. Found out after the fact that the previous owner was selling and making Methamphetamine.
