This property was purchased in 2003 by the current owner. While doing some renovations on the property, he discovered through his neighbors that the previous occupants were arrested for methamphetamine use and sale. They have two teenagers living in the house. Cleanup consisted of cleaning heating system and ducts through the house. Walls and ceilings were scrubbed down, and all exposed wood in the basement were scrubbed down (PPF - Couch, 9/27/2007)

Former Use: Owner bought the house in 2003 and later found out that the prior occupants were arrested for Methamphetamine use and sale.
