Additional Property Attributes

The volume estimate of five cubic yards of material to be removed entails an estimate that includes the concrete oil water separator and a potential of soil surrounding the oil water separator with a radium of five feet in all directions. This is likely a conservative estimate and exceeds what will potentially be removed. While this estimate is believed to be conservative, there is no way to definitively state whether or not contamination extends beyond these boundary lines without further investigation and collection of samples to confirm attainment of state guidance levels. Since ground water was not encountered and the shale bedrock was approximately 18-23 feet bgs, contamination coming in contact with groundwater and migrating off property does not appear to be a concern with respect to this property (PPF - Palisades Gas Station, 9/10/07).
