There were no detections of any VOC in depth soil samples above any CDPHE Soil Remediation ive Benchmark. No ground water samples were collected as part of this TBA. The City of Golden and their contractor will be collecting ground water samples from these wells as part of their VCUP and property characterization. The contractor for the City of Golden is in the process of implementing a Voluntary Cleanup at this property, consisting of a Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) System combined with injections of a carbon source to promote degredation of the source plume. Additional information pertaining to this property and the ongoing cleanup may be found at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment HMWMD Records Center (PPF - Golden 708 Property, 9/27/07).

Former Use: The site consisted of a small one-story brick structure that housed a variety of businesses but mostly dry cleaning operations from 1966 to 1986. Since 1986, the building was mostly vacant except for a couple of short-term small retail uses and was demolished in 2006.
