Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently abandoned. The city plans on removing the structure after contamination is removed and develop into community park. (PPF - 2/25/08).

Former Use: A former grain elevator, used for storage and sale of grain and built in the 1940s or prior, is located on the property. The land itself is owned by Burlington Northern Railroad and leased to M & M Enterprises. BN Railroad has indicated that when the building is removed they will donate the land to the city.
