Additional Property Attributes

The property has been tentatively proposed to be used as a constructed wetland and wildlife refuge. The site is located downstream of and within the same watershed as the former Eagle Picher Zinc Smelter. There are also two other smelters, KUSA Smelter and U.S. Zinc (ASARC)) in the general area and air dispersion from these smelters may have also affected the site. Coal Creek flows through the property.

Former Use: Property is currently owned by Mr. Steve Krause. The property has been proposed to be utilized as a constructed wetland and wildlife refuge.
