Property Highlights

Property is located along the US Highway 30 realignment corridor. A Phase II was recommended but has not been completed.

Former Use: The site is generally located along the north side of Liberty Avenue and 25th Place and addressed 2548 and 2552 Liberty Avenue. One commercial building is situated on the two parcels that total approximately 0.39 acre. A small scale auto shop utilizes the 4,000 square foot-commercial building at 2552 Liberty Avenue. From circa 1929 to 1990, the property at 2548 Liberty Avenue was listed as residential land use. Circa 1995, the 2548 Liberty Avenue property was vacant. The 2552 Liberty Avenue property was does not appear in the city directory until 1995, when it is listed as a storage garage. In 2000, the property is listed as East Iowa Auto.
