Original courthouse constructed around 1916; later demolished, and current structure built around 1926. Property located in the NE � NW � Section 25, Township 2 South, Range 11 West, Waltersm Cotton County, OK. Physically located at 301 N. Broadway, on the NE corner of the intersection of North Broadway and East Oklahoma Avenue, Historically, has been the seat of County business, and maintains all official associated records for the county.
