Additional Property Attributes

Airport Boulevard is considered a major thoroughfare from east to west and connects to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. In general, this 1.57 acre tract of land is not designated with a zoning class. Surrounding properties include public district; commercial with multi-use; limited industrial and limited office. The southwest portion of the property operates as the Mi Casita Restaurant and a paved parking area. The area east and north of property operates as vehicle towing company (C&L Towing with a storage and workshops area). The site has a long history of auto related businesses and commercial enterprises. This site is ideal for limited industrial use. Existing underground storage will be removed prior to revitalization.

Former Use: The northeastern section of property is currently used as a staging area for auto wrecker service company and auto repair shop. In the 50's-70's the property was developed as Rhodes Transfer , Storage and Truck Service Lines. In the 70's through 90"s the Property operated as Austin Public Scale, Hard Bodies Collisions, Inc., and a machine and motorcycle repair shop. Today it operates as a Mexican restaruant and C&L Towing Company.
