Additional Property Attributes

A & R Corner Store is a thriving convenience store located at one of most highly visiable and traveled intersections Guadalupe and 45th Streets. The service station portion of the site is currently �out of service�. All tanks, piping and other related service equipment were removed in 2010. Commerical convenience store.

Former Use: In the 1940's the property was developed and operated as an auto service station then a used auto sales dealership till 1970. In 1975 it operated as a retail fueling station and convenience store. Today it operates as a convenient store.
