Additional Property Attributes

This former Mobil service station and convenience store has been vacant for two years. The new owners are working to remove the underground storage tanks. The property is available for lease or purchase. In addition to the service station and convenience store, the other onsite building is a former Mexican Restaurant located on the east of the property. Only a short distance from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport ABIA, the property has unlimited reuse potential. Revitalization within the ABIA corridor has been sluggish due to economic factors, but it is expected to improve within the next few years. The property sits at the ABIA entrance. The property owner is planning to remove the tanks and market the property for purchase.

Former Use: The property houses a closed service station with restaurant and convenient store facilities.
