Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site is located at the northwest corner of SE 32nd Ave. and Olsen Sts. The site is listed by DEQ as an active LUST site, first reported in 1995. A small auto-repair facility has operated at the site since 1988. Between 1940 and 1988, a neighborhood gasoline station and auto-repair facility. USTs were removed in 1986. The site is situated on a hill and is located at the northwest intersection of SE 32nd Ave. and Olsen St. There is a strip of commercially zoned properties to the north and south of the site, which is generally surrounded by residences. There is a small grocery store (Eric's Market) to the east, across SE 32nd, and another small business to the south (Stargazer Baskets and Blooms), across SE Olsen.
