Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently utilized by two tenants: Billy Stout Construction and a hair salon. The facility was previously occupied by a used car dealership and Johnson County Tractor. The current owner stated to TDEC that he was not responsible for the tanks at the site. The TN UST database lists four USTS of unknown contents that were installed at the site in 1961 through 1983. Mr Wills indicated that the USTs include (2) 2,000-gallon gasoline tanks, (1) 1,000-gallon gasoline tank, and (1) 1,000-gallon diesel fuel tank. No UST closure assessment has been conducted at the site to date. The site also contains a hydraulic lift system and floor drain inthe repair shop.
