Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was historically developed with several single-family residences from at least 1906. In the late 1940s or early 1950s, the southern portion of the property was developed with two gasoline service stations. These buildings were razed in the late 1950s or early 1960s when the Imperial Motel was constructed. The motel buildings remained on-site until the early to mid 1990s when the structures were razed and a public parking lot was constructed, which is currently being used by the City of Lansing as a parking lot.
