Additional Property Attributes

The site is in a key corner of a growing small community just outside of the Portland Metropolitan core. There is a lot of community support and interest in the site's role in the local community and economic development. The community is interested in keeping the site as park space, which it has been used for informally for several years(PPF, 8/1/2008)

Former Use: Operated from 1979 to 1988 as a family business that sold agricultural supplies, hardware, groceries and fuel (pump island with 3 dispensers). (PPF, 3/6/2008)
