Additional Property Attributes

Site was owned by the Friedheim family from the late 19th century up until the 1970's. The site was formerly used as a retail center (Town Center Mall), dry-cleaner, gas station, oil warehouse, auto repair facilities, and as a police/fire department. The site is currently used as a large, paved parking lot. The future plans are for this site to be used for multi-family residential and light commercial development, along with the construction of one large parking deck.
