Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Two shed-style buildings were located at the site as early as 1898. Both sheds were utilized by the Massachusetts Highway Department and the Town of Lancaster for the storage of wagons, tools, work vehicles and other equipment. By 1922 the former site building was replaced by the current site building and also a gasoline UST of unknown capacity was installed. The DPW has been the sole owner of the site since Mass Highway moved out in 1962.
