Former Use: It appears as though between at least 1934 and 1971 the Site was used as a bulk oil and gas storage/refinery facility and between at least 1976 and 2002 as an automotive salvage facility. It appears as though the Site has been vacant since at least 2003. The Site consists of two parcels of land. The main parcel is 4.53 acres, is semi-rectangular shaped and is currently owned by Arthur Hicks Jr. The northeast parcel is 0.57 acres, is triangular shaped and is currently owned by Kenny Smith D/B/A Car Doctors Inc.
