Several reports have been written on a larger site, of which the subject site was once part of. These reports indicated that the subject site had petroleum staining of soil, solid watse, and incinerator ash dumping. The Site was once part of a larger site indentified as Procanntti Mills. The subject site was subdivided from the Procanntti Mills lot. The majority of work done for the Procanntti Mills site did not include the subject site.

Former Use: The site was never developed. Previous reports about the Site have indicated that the Site was utilized for dumping of soild waste and incenerator ash. This site is currently vacant with portions cleared for tractor trailer storage.
