Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Webster?s Mill property is comprised of a single parcel of land which exists at the confluence of the Penobscot and Stillwater rivers. The property is occupied by an approximately 54,400 square foot building that was constructed as the E. & J. F. Webster Saw Mill in the early 1880s. The structure was utilized for a variety of manufacturing with the most recent being as the Striar Woolen Mill that closed in the mid 1990's.
