Additional Property Attributes

The property is being revitalized. The new owner is renovating the utilities and making repairs as he can afford the investment. The company has added new equipment and has hired new employees. An SBA loan and long term financing are pending an arrangement for remediation. The Company received a BRLF loan to conduct the cleanup. The design of the SVE system is underway. The permit for the cap is being sought.

Former Use: Site has been used for manufacturing since 1884. There have been multiple owners. There are 43,200 square feet of structures and a stream, partially enclosed, that runs through the site.
