Property Highlights

City of Bristol has an option to purchase the property and add it to an adjacent park. The City requested and received some funding from the VCOG Hazardous substances grant to further define conditions under the building and for a hazardous building materials assessment. The City made an application to the VCOG for a BRLF cleanup grant. An Eligibility Determination was approved. The request is under review by CTDEP.

Former Use: The property was used as a gasoline station since 1928. It did repairs but was later converted to a convenience store.
