Additional Property Attributes

U.S. Bank constructed a new 500,000 branch location on the property in 2008. The City provided the land to U.S. Bank in exchange for its branch location at 425 Cedar Street. This transaction facilitated the construction of a new drive up facility on the property and the construction of the RiverLoop Amphitheatre and Exposition Plaza along the Cedar River at the former branch location.

Former Use: The site previously contained an auto repair shop. Historical Sanborn maps dated 1918 and 1968 indicate the property formerly contained a UST.
