Additional Property Attributes

Currently a parking lot is at parcel 167C B 015, 016 & 017. A condemned vacant building, formerly Chattanooga Glass Company Office, locates at Parcel 167C H002 (1.36 acres). During the site reconnaissance, oil spills, numerous 55-gallon drums labeled as to contain hydraulic oil, banana puree, and ammonia nitrate were found. Many of these drums were overturned and appeared to have leaked their contents onto the surface of the site. The lower level of the condemned building was covered with an oil-water mixture that appeared to have leaked from some of the drums. Debris was scattered across the site and mounds of concrete, soil, and wood were throughout inside and outside the building. Parcels 167C H 001, 037 & 038 are currently vacant, (0.41 acres).

Former Use: Currently a parking lot is at parcel 167C B 015, 016 & 017. The site was previously the location of an auto repair shop, dry cleaners, cabinet shop, vacuum cleaner shop, and multi-family units. An abandoned building, formerly the office of Chattanooga Glass Company, is located on Parcel 167C H002 (1.36 acres). Parcels 167C H 001, 037 & 038 are currently vacant, (0.41 acres). Parcel 167C H 001 was previously the location of a post office and several retail shops.
