The site is currently vacant and was previously an auto repair shop and salvage parts yard. Historical photos show one building and possibly a fuel pump island were located on the subject property. During the site reconnaissance, a pipeline was observed crossing a drainage ditch. Areas of the site are littered with old auto parts. Areas of oil spills and stressed vegetation were visible at the time of the site walk.
