Additional Property Attributes

As of August 2008, negotiations for the final property transaction and cleanup are underway. Tillamook County has specific plans to transform this site into a small park and wayside adjacent to the Nestucca River as a community improvement and a place for visitors to park and visit the community of Cloverdale.

Former Use: This site was a former gas and service station from approximately 1953 to 2002. Prior land use is not known.
