Additional Property Attributes

As part of the Phase I ESA ground penetrating radar detected an UST that has not been used for over 50 years. The removal will be covered by the Vermont Petroleum Cleanup Fund in Spring 2009. Prospective purchaser decided to not go forward with the purchase in January 2009. However, the tank removal will go forward.

Former Use: The ground floor of the building is currently being leased by the prospective purchaser for a barber shop. The second floor has two residential units that are currently being leased. According to the Sanborn maps the subject property has been used for a variety of business functions in the past which includes: 1910�s � Retail and dwelling units 1920�s �Dwelling 1940�s � Service Station
