Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Former agricultural use including food crops, cow pasture and mild production. Also used from 1930-1980 as automobile repair garage and gasoline/diesel filling station. Fuel was delivered in 55-gallon drums, with potential for underground storage tanks on the site. Anecdotal reports indicate spillage of gas and diesel. Junk automobiles were stored on-site for salvage purposes.
